Auditions for the temporary alto position to replace Naomi while she is on maternity leave, brought forward beautiful, talented ladies with amazing voices and musicianship.
Joy Hague is the girl we have chosen for the job because she fits our puzzle the best and we're sure you'll feel as confident about her as we do. You can read more about her on the "our story" page.
Her first gig with us will most likely be in the first week of September 2011, so we'll be rehearsing our collective bottoms off until then as we initiate Joy into our TION ways while also allowing her to spread her individual vocal wings. We're looking forward to seeing and hearing how Joy fits into the group. TION is no stranger to training up new singers as this is the 3rd time, so we're practiced at how to go about it and enjoy the process of delving into that distinctive 'TION sound'. If the auditions are anything to go by, we can tell you that Naomi is getting a kick out of returning to the audience (like the days when she was a TION fan) albeit temporarily.
